[Monitoring] IMAP access issues

Some customers are reporting that their email programs are intermittently asking for their username and password, or that they can’t set up their accounts in email programs.

Note: If your email program asks you re-enter your username and password and you are confident that you have not made and changes to the email program or your account we recommend you do nothing.
