This situation is now resolved. It was caused by a system that was unable to look up details for domains and then deactivating them in our system. We are looking in to changing the logic in this system so that this doesn't happen again. Apologies again for the inconvenience caused.

There are still ongoing issues with some email hosting domains and we are investigating this further. Apologies for any inconvenience caused.

We have had temporary issues with domain name lookups that deactivated some email hosting domains (customer owned domains). This problem has been resolved and email delivery has normalised.

Additional firewall security has been put in place and at the moment server response looks normal.

We have now blocked some IP addresses that were acting maliciously against certain websites on the server.

We are currently looking in to what is causing host06.runbox.net to be slow and unresponsive at times. We will update this when we know more.

We are currently experiencing email access issues for some users, and are working to resolve these.
