UPDATE 00:45 CEST: The problem was caused by a failing automatic certificate renewal procedure and is now resolved.

We are experiencing access issues on our email services, and our system administrators are investigating the problem.

UPDATE 01:55 CEST: We are restarting a storage unit that is unresponsive.

UPDATE 02:00 CEST: All services are restored and operating normally.

UPDATE 21:45 CEST 10.07.2020: We are experiencing access issues again and are working to resolve the problem.

Some customers are reporting that their email programs are intermittently asking for their username and password, or that they can’t set up their accounts in email programs.

Note: If your email program asks you re-enter your username and password and you are confident that you have not made and changes to the email program or your account we recommend you do nothing.
