  • Unscheduled Downtime 21-Oct-2016

    We will perform unscheduled patching of our firewall server on 21-Oct-2016 sometime between 0600 and 0700 CEST due to a recently discovered Linux security advisory. The downtime is estimated to be a few minutes and at most 15 minutes.

  • [Resolved] Website Currently Unavailable

    We are aware of an issue with our website, and an error “504 Gateway Time-out” is being displayed as a result. We are currently looking in to this. Update 10:58 CEST – This issue has now been resolved. Apologies for any inconvenience.

    We are are aware that some customers are having problems paying with credit/debit cards. This is a problem with the payment processing company we use, and only seems to affect MasterCard payments. If you have an alternative Visa card you can use, please try that. Apologies for any inconvenience.
