We are aware that some customers are experiencing very intermittent problems accessing their accounts via IMAP and POP. We have identified a problem, and have begun a series of upgrades that will resolve the issue.

We are currently experiencing intermittent connectivity issues with our IMAP and POP services. We’re investigating the issue which seems related to the CalDAV (calendar) service, which is also intermittently interrupted.

We are aware that some customers have received a message from a sender “PostMaster” that claims messages have been placed on “pending status” and asking customers to log in to their Runbox account via a link. The link goes to a somewhat legitimate looking website, although the web address is not runbox.com
Please delete these messages and do not provide any details via the link as this is an attempt to gain access to your Runbox username and password.
