In the early hours of 12-Aug-2018 (CEST) we had some connectivity issues that affected a number of our services such as IMAP, POP and the webmail. The issues were resolved by restarting a server that was unresponsive, and further investigations will be carried out in the coming days to see if there is an underlying cause that we need to deal with.
