[Resolved] Search unavailable

We are aware that some customers are having problems searching for emails using the web interface. The error shown is “unable to load search index for your account”.

A fix has been put in place and the search function should begin working soon once accounts have a new index.

[Resolved] Support System Tickets

We are aware that at the moment it isn’t possible to submit new support tickets at https://support.runbox.com. You can however still submit tickets by emailing them to support@runbox.com and following any instructions you get in a reply from us. We apologise for the inconvenience this might cause.
