    We are aware that some customers are experiencing problems with the search feature in the web interface. These customers may see the error “Unable to load search index”. We are looking in to this and hope to have a resolution soon. Apologies for the inconvenience.

    We are aware that some customers are experiencing problems with nothing happening when they click on menu items in the web interface. We are looking in to this and hope to have a resolution soon. Apologies for the inconvenience.

  • [Resolved] Email inaccessibility

    We are currently experiencing issues with a storage server causing email messages to be inaccessible for some users. Our engineers are working on the issue and we expect it to be resolved shortly. UPDATE 2019-04-04 08:41 CET: This issue is now resolved and we’re monitoring the situation.

    We are aware that some customers are having problems accessing IMAP and POP services. We are currently looking in to this and will update this status post when we know more. Sorry for the inconvenience. Update 11:37 CET: We believe this issue has now been resolved. Apologies again for the inconvenience.

    We are aware that some customers are having problems searching for emails using the web interface. The error shown is “unable to load search index for your account”. A fix has been put in place and the search function should begin working soon once accounts have a new index. We will post an update later […]
