    We currently have some delays with delivery of incoming mail. We are looking in to this and will update this post when there is more news. Update 15-May-2016 21:16 CEST: This issue has been resolved and mail is now being delivered normally. Apologies for any inconvenience.

  • [Resolved] Payment Processing

    We are are aware that some customers are having problems paying with credit/debit cards. This is a problem with the payment processing company we use, and only seems to affect MasterCard payments. If you have an alternative Visa card you can use, please try that. Apologies for any inconvenience.

    On Wednesday 13 April 2016 at 1730 CEST (Central European Summer Time) there will be a few minutes downtime where all services will be unavailable.
