Update 22-Dec-2017 14:34 CET: We have identified what we believe to be the problem, and a fix was put in place that seems to have resulted in stable connections for the last few hours. We will continue to monitor the situation, and also make further improvements.
Update 28-Dec-2017 00:49 CET: Although there hasn’t been a repeat of this problem, we are continuing to monitor the services as a precaution. We will do more work on this issue in the next few days.
Update 03-Jan-2018 20:27 CET: There currently seems to be a repeat of the previous problems. We are looking in to this.
Update 04-Jan-2018 10:21 CET: We are continuing to monitor this issue. It affects a small number of accounts intermittently and we apologize for the inconvenience caused.
