We are aware that some customers are experiencing very intermittent problems accessing their accounts via IMAP and POP. We have identified a problem, and have begun a series of upgrades that will resolve the issue.
We will add more information here as it becomes available.
Update 23-Feb-2018 10:02 CET – The upgrades that will help resolve the identified issue are continuing. The upgrades are being performed over a number of days, and should be complete during the coming week.
Update 27-Feb-2018 15:00 CET – The upgrades are going well and continuing according to the planned schedule.
Update 05-Mar-2018 23:13 CET – The upgrades were completed ahead of schedule. We will no continue to monitor this issue, but since the upgrades there have been no further recurrences.
