Update 17-Aug-2018 22:36 CEST – This issue has been resolved now. Apologies again for any inconvenience. We believe it is related to the previous issue from 13-Aug-2018 where one of our storage servers becomes unstable and experiences high load. This seems to be a bug in the operating system version that the server is running. We plan to do an upgrade in the coming week that we believe will alleviate this problem.
