On Sunday 09-Sep-2018 at 07:30 CEST (05:30 UTC, 01:30 EDT) we will perform a required server hardware upgrade that will cause downtime for approximately 30-45 minutes on services that access email content.
Incoming email will be queued on other servers and will be delivered once normal operations have been restored.
This upgrade is related to recent service disruptions caused by a storage unit that has been experiencing problems.
We attempted to resolve these issues with a software upgrade on 05-Sep-2018 that was successful but unfortunately did not resolve the underlying cause.
We will complete the upgrade as quickly and safely as possible to limit the extent of the downtime.
We apologize for the short notice, and for any inconvenience the downtime may cause.
Update: Due to circumstances beyond our control we have had to postpone this work until another day. We will inform customers when we have a date and time for this.
