Some customers are reporting that their email programs are intermittently asking for their username and password, or that they can’t set up their accounts in email programs.
Note: If your email program asks you re-enter your username and password and you are confident that you have not made and changes to the email program or your account we recommend you do nothing. It is likely the email program will connect correctly if you try again later.
UPDATE 2020-05-31 13:25 CEST: We are investigating these performance issues and we’re working with our system administrators to improve the situation. We apologize for the inconvenience, and recommend trying the Runbox Webmail if you are having trouble connecting to our IMAP services.
UPDATE 2020-06-01 01:33 CEST: Restarting some of our servers have contributed to improving the performance and our email services are running normally.
