We are experiencing an issue with one of our storage units and some users will be unable to access their email until this is resolved.
Our system administrators are on their way to the data center and we will update this page with more information as soon as it is available.
UPDATE 21:35 CEST: It appears two disk in our one remaining HDD storage unit broke almost simultaneously. Installed hot spares have automatically replaced them, and after a reboot of the storage unit operations are now normalized.
Migration from this storage unit to SSD storage units is proceeding and should be completed in the near future.
No data has been lost as a consequence of this incident.
