We have had reports of some incoming messages being delayed. We are investigating if this is a Runbox issue or elsewhere.
UPDATE 22:45 CEST: This issue is now resolved. The underlying cause is related to spam scanning, and we are working to improve the performance of our spam filtering systems to prevent this from happening again in the future.
UPDATE 23:00 CET: We are experiencing delays on incoming email delivery and are considering additional measures to improve performance. We apologize for the inconvenience while this issue is ongoing.
UPDATE 02.12.2020 10:00 CET: After increasing the capacity on the central database responsible for storing spam filtering data, email delivery performance has improved and we do not expect further delays on incoming email.
