[Monitoring] Service Access Issues

UPDATE 12:20 CET: There is an ongoing Denial of Service attack on our services which is affecting access to especially IMAP and POP. Our system administrators are working to mitigate the attack and we expect operations to normalize shortly.

UPDATE 13:45 CET: After closer inspection the issue appears caused by system modifications related to performance improvements. The problem has now been resolved and services are operating normally.
