We are currently experiencing issues with access to our IMAP and POP services and are investigating these.

After restarting the IMAP/POP services on all relevant servers, access is being restored and operations are normalizing.

The issues affecting IMAP/POP services have returned and we are continuing investigations in order to resolve the problem. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.

We have restarted all IMAP/POP servers and this appears to have resolved the problem, which was likely caused by cascading issues from a transient network file system problem.
