We are currently working to improve our services with several hardware acquisitions and upgrades which will increase the performance for existing customers and prepare for further growth.
On Thursday January 18 at 08:00 CET (07:00 UTC, 2:00 AM EST) we will perform a server upgrade that may interrupt email service access for 15-20 minutes. The upgrade involves a storage server and we expect that once completed the performance of the email service will be improved.
Incoming email will be queued on other servers and will be delivered once normal operations have been restored.
The upgrade will be performed as quickly and safely as possible to limit the extent of the interruption.
We apologize for the short notice, and for any inconvenience the interruption may cause.

The work has completed and services are now being restored.

We have started working on the storage server, and the service will be unavailable over IMAP and POP. You might still be able to access it via web.
