[Resolved] Service access problems

We are experiencing problems with access to the email service and are investigating what might be causing this. Early indications suggest issues with a central file storage unit and power supply at the data center.

Personnel has arrived at the data center and the storage server has been restarted. Services should be coming back online shortly.

All services have been restored and are operating normally.

The cause appears to have been scheduled maintenance at the data center that we were not informed about in advance, which involved disabling one of two power feeds to the server racks. When power was switched from one to the other feed, the connected power supply on one of our servers failed and brought down the server. This was resolved by swapping the power supplies on the server, and a permanent replacement will be installed later today.
