We are currently working to improve our spam filtering configurations further, including how blocklists of IP addresses known to be spamming is implemented, the configuration of allowlists, and the deployment of personal, trainable spam filters.
Your feedback is valuable to us, especially if you observe examples of spam not being caught or legitimate messages that are erroneously being caught as spam.
In the latter case, please ensure that the sender address is whitelisted by using the Allow Sender function in the Runbox 6 and 7 and verifying that your Allowlist includes the desired addresses in Settings > Manager > Filter.
