We are aware that some customers have received a message from a sender “PostMaster” that claims messages have been placed on “pending status” and asking customers to log in to their Runbox account via a link. The link goes to a somewhat legitimate looking website, although the web address is not runbox.com
Please delete these messages and do not provide any details via the link as this is an attempt to gain access to your Runbox username and password.
We are looking at filtering these messages in our system, and will also be attempting to get the phishing website taken down.
